You look so good in that trisuit ITG but it's just made me sad all over again that I still can't find the crucial top for my Tri-girl trisuit. I've got the shorts snd the compression bra (it came as a three-piece) but can I find the top anywhere? No run yesterday and just a slow 5k this morning. Looking forward to cooler temperatures soon. I am so not a hot weather runner. shakes for all our heroic racers this weekend
ITG 🇮🇸 Jul 2021 1:37pm, 23 Jul 2021 13,034 posts	0 ITG 🇮🇸 Oh, bummer about the tri top, LD. My trisuit is from Aldi, many years ago and never worn until yesterday. I think it cost about 15quid. Currently prepping by carb loading porridge and raisins. Race is at 5pm so at least I get a long lie.

Volunteering at parkrun (Frimley Lodge Park) tomorrow Sandhurst memorial has only just been given permission, and is still a couple of weeks away 20 miles on the plan this Sunday hopefully cooler than last Sunday, possibility of getting damp high though need to head out early for me as have to be back by 11

um Jul 2021 3:34pm, 23 Jul 2021 4,952 posts	0 um First run in the forest since last week - it's been too hot here. Most of the boggy bits are failry dry & solid and no bother crossing the river. Yes, that first one is the river bed. Although with the forecast for tonight & the next few day, normal bogs and river levels look to be returning.
