Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lovely pictures, Seren.

Corrah is a wonderfully conscientious commentator.

Short run this morning before the heat gets too much. Brings me to 41 miles for the month (shan't run tomorrow) which is the most miles-per-month in 2020 so far.

It's so long since I saw a blackheart, I can't remember what one gets it for.

Oh no ITG! Mind you in one way it would be nice to have the dilemma of going Away or watching the boy play sport. Still locked down & I have a rugby mad teenager here who is just about going mad not being able to run around & knock lumps out of his mates!

5 miles done in the blistering heat including fake parkrun and also a virtual 8k race for charity. The things I do for medals.

Well done LindsD. I’ve been reduced to early morning runs to avoid the worst of the heat 😱. Is it wrong to be wishing for a bit of ☔️?

medal Well done Linds :-)

Zombie run complete. 3.72 for me and 3.39 for GF.

It's rather warm out there. Rain is fine, CD, but maybe at night time ;-)

Have eaten cheese on toast and now sat on the sofa feeling tired.

Warm? Move to my part of Scotland! Cold & dull :(
Typical when you’ve been working all week.

But well done for all that have managed out.
