Met up with dad. We went for a walk and had a picnic :-) All socially distanced, of course.

Yes, LG he now has his car back.

cakechampagne Happy Birthday NSC cakechampagne

8 miles today was my longest run since that London Race last April :-O
Last month was my highest mileage month since May last year :-O

Lesson learned today, thought I would go off road, never seen so many people in the park before every where seemed really busy

Well done biked and ran everyone.

Week 4 Run 1 of C25K done. Couple of 4 min runs done! It was so busy in the park, I had to come out and take a different route. Feel good for it though, warm day too.

Happy meet-up with Dad, TeeBee.

Walked 3 and a half miles, and delivered birthday card to 90-year-old friend.

Happy birthday NSC :-) bunting cake banana

That's lovely, TB :-) Nice running Phil and Millsey and everyone else. Nice walking Columba :-)

I'm currently sat on the sofa recovering from a half marathon training run. It went really well, my longest run since Retford Half last March. I'm on course to smash my highest mileage month again......will have a rest day tomorrow.

Nice photo TB :-)

Went for a 10k walk and my legs felt fine so goodness knows what went wrong yesterday. Lots of Horses, cows, sheep with lambs and even some goats - wonder if son & DiL have taken Alfie up that way,

Glad to see many productive days.i lost my shit at everyone (including a student who had come over for lunch rather embarassingly) then I drove 90 min with student and ran for 4k to see this waterfall then all the way back again. It was worth it.

Looks fab, ITG :)
Glad your legs feel better, LG.
Lovely photo, TB :)

DD2 decided that she was going to do a cream tea for us and the Mothership this afternoon. Stuffed now but have walked the dog.
Excited about not having to work tomorrow :)
