:-) LD, what a brill photo.

I had a rubbish night's sleep and feel a bit meh today but better for a wander off to the post office to send lots of runner duck medals and a few orders. :-) GF and her daughter are off for a run now and I'll do a short one with GF when she gets back.

Good photo, Daisy.

Nearly-3-mile walk today, steep grassy hill up to a trig point, steep grassy hill down the other side, steep hill down through trees to the lake; collected some papers OH had left for me in his porch, and did it all again in reverse, the steep downs now being steep ups.

Was supposed to run today but took a lovely walk down to harbour today. OH has lived here for 11 years and I’m showing him some routes - thanks to my running club and some of runs we do.

Belated hello 😀. Working all week so a bit hectic. All hell has broken loose on the school mums WhatsApp group regarding them going back in June, and I really cba to educate anyone on risks etc. Never mind!
Photoset, sending hugs and glad you all got through the day.
LD, brilliant pic, you look amazing 🙂
Hope all is ok with everyone xx

I could not imagine anything worse than a school mum WhatsApp group :) Mute them for a month TM
Kitchen rebound this evening, I’m struggling to work hard enough at this right now, it’s like all this HIIT is making me fitter. I’d better start running longer to make the most of it :)

Evening. Hugs to those in need (())

Nice steady paced run this evening. Got 3 km in a row with exactly the same split. Rest were all within 4 secs apart from two.

Columba, that sounds like a lovely walk.
LG, I'd have thought your OH would have been on that golf course today.

Well done TM, Fleecy gives good advice. I can't believe there's so many stupid people out there.

Fleecy, it's occasionally useful since shift work means I would otherwise not know/remember/care about stuff like non uniform days and school trips! I often 24hr mute though, when the bollocks gets too much. At the mo I just want the turtle to have an awareness of which friends she will or won't see next month. Just have to bite my tongue rather a lot!!
