Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Added it already AR I am glad to see this version again. I’ve kept the other page as a link to personal league tables and as a way through to target setting now so many of us are multi sport (walking and run walking ;-) )

hope the new-to-you pool suit you LD
I would love to have a swim today, but I still have the dregs of the sodding snot-virus so probably not a good idea.

Well my plans have been thwarted :-(. Got to the pool to find a fellow would-be swimmer asking to be let in through the security gate (the pool/sports hall is part of the secondary school where I did the bulk of my PGCE teacher training. It was a rough school then and several name changes and spells in special measures later, it remains a rough school.) Turns out they've reduced the day time sessions for the public to just Tuesdays and Thursdays, and just 'haven't got round' to updating the website. I can go tomorrow (though Thursdays won't be any good for me) but I want to swim today so I'll go to the manky leisure centre pool later this afternoon. Frustrating :-(

I think I've missed my walking window as it looks like there's some "weather" incoming this afternoon.

Am off most of this week. So two classes at the gym. An RPM class. Also did Pilates. I somehow thought it’d be like body balance. It wasn’t. Good instructor though. Going round making sure posture right. Including pulling your head up with ponytail!

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
