Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Domestic goddess type stuff today. Made 2 different soups, veg stir fry and pasta bake in the oven. Got enough for about 12 meals :)

I did 5k this morning and cleaned out the shed yesterday. Could do with another day off but back to work tomorrow

Dipps - they’re just being lazy. Not that I mind walking the dog, of course. It’s the attitude that winds me up.

Well I shall Judge them from a Great Distance then Woo.
Many hours later we have not managed to finish chopping up what we’ve already cut down in order to attack the hedge. There is nowhere to put all the grass and the branches. I think we are going to get a temporary compost. Definitely core work my back and foot aches

Hello all and a happy Easter (bit late, I know...). Your zoom meeting sounds interesting. I had a zoom with my children and grandchildren, all but Eldest Son but he whatsapped me later, so I know they're all all right.

Went for a 4 and a half mile walk this afternoon, much of it cross-country.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
