Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We have a Chromecast which we find really easy to use but it doesn't work with my Mum's TV for some reason.

I just bought a firestick although we have a chrome cast too. My smart TV is in the bedroom and there would be no room in there

Wow - you know if we had weather like that here ITG it'd be headline news and the country would grind to a halt :-)
Washed the insides of all the windows. I hate doing that job.

And I don't need to go to work tomorrow, which yesterday I thought I would, so that's good. One of our CNSs (clinical nurse specialists) who went off on Thursday got her swab result back and is positive for covid, she's been sharing an office with the other CNSs...

Beautiful pic NSC, I'd love to run up there with you and brrrrr to ITG's spot, but beautiful too.

LG, that all sounds double Dutch to me, but I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Yum, hope they've only got the version without the cough and nasties.

*waves* to everyone else. :)

Hasn't your country already ground to a halt, Yumee? Maybe you need westher like this to keep folks home!

Hope your colleague is ok and it hasn't spread 😥. Such a stressful time for you all. We are expecting peak in the south this week but the scientists leading the fightback reckon we are about 2 weeks behind. I worry that by the time our lot get sick, there won't be ICU spots left. But I am trusting that they have factored all this in. None of us lot are high risk, fortunately.

our big TV here is not a Smart TV though we used to be able to connect it to the wifi with a dongle. For some reason that doesn't work anymore so we have gone old-skool and connect my Chromebook with an HDMI lead. Works a treat and as I use a mouse rather than the trackpad, I can control it from the sofa :-)
