Ouch! That looks painful.

Some things to say about today's run:

1. I have never seen so many people in the park as I did today. Most of them appeared to be walking 4 or 5 abreast on the paths, in both directions, and it was very difficult to get past them. I was a bit peeved that even though a large majority of them were wearing big wellies they appeared reluctant to step onto the muddy grass. I might have accidentally splashed a couple when I had no choice but to run through the puddles. Oops.

However, the fact that there were so many people arounds and I had to slow down was good because:

2. it appears I didn't leave it long enough after brunch, and smoked salmon is not a nice thing to make a reappearance, so I had to slow down even more; and

3. my head was in a good place, and my heart was very happy, but my legs have ALL the tired in them. All of it, from about the past 2 months I think, and they refused to run up any slopes or across roads or, sometimes, anywhere at all. Poor legs :-)

Well, I wasn't expecting that!
By that, I mean blues skies and only moderately chilly wind. Only 2 or 3C, so not a day to be hanging about, but Bella seemed to have taken a rest.

First of, the surprisingly blue skies

Then, just over 2 miles in, a need to watch out for a bin. These are optional shots of a bin, the first I saw after the 700. Pheasant bins rather than rubbish bins. Although the first may be mixed use.

Not all blue skies though. A fair bit of mud and hills, but nothing like photoset, thankfully
This puddle is definitely a 'round it' .. a lot of cow shed output gets washed down into it, so only a small percentage is water & mud.

But when I got home, I sorted another bin, which is very descriptive of the last week ...

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
