Go Yumee :-)

Sorry you're still a bit crook Mrs J. *restocks drugs trolley*

Dipps - I have had a mad few minutes and have entered Berkeley 10k on 11 May, and Exmouth Triathlon on 17th May. And of course I've already entered the Dick Whittington 4 on 14th May. Could you add Berkeley and Exmouth over there please >>>? Thank you!

Yes, I did write a blog last year saying I wasn't going to race any more :-) I may well give up my Berkeley place, but just in case I fancy doing it it's best to have an entry as so many races round here fill up well in advance I can't leave it to nearer the time.

Hello Mrs Jigs, or do I call you Luverlylegs instead 😁

I have put White Peak down as a maybe as having been plagued with injuries in the last year or so, I am taking things easy, and as they come, but I hope to commit nearer the time.

Marriott's Way is my first target, although it will be slow and basically a get around run which will be very welcome at this stage of my rehab, but I'm not based in Norfolk I'm much much closer to the White Peak, I do own a boat in Norfolk though and will be afloat the week of the Marriott's 😁

Hope you are well too Mrs Jigs

Happy birthday, Dipps! I am struggling to keep up on my travels so bunting all round.

Tonight I took my mum out to a modified Burns Supper. It was her first night out since my dad died and we only found out about it this morning so there was no planning or overthinking

We just went. She had a great time as they were singing old folk songs from the 1960s and we sat beside the only people we really knew and they were lovely at keeping mum engaged.
