Afternoon all, I have a half marathon today - I took the option of doing the North Lincs half as a virtual race when it was cancelled for the second time. I have my T-shirt, running number and medal here....I'll go and run along the canal near home this afternoon.

Had a fab time.

Loved the SUP. The yoga was just at the end and didn't amount to much - just a bit of breathing and a few basic moves. The Thames was like a mill pond. I would definitely SUP again. So much fun.

No decent shots of me standing up, this one is at the end when we had just finished the yoga.

Am hoping my SUP arrives next week and cant wait to get out and use it. Been on the kayak again this morning and surprised the eldest grandson (he will 13 next month) with his own inflatable kayak for an early birthday present. Spent some time on the sea with him, he is a natural, and then went out with my daughter. Was a lovely morning and home before the rain has arrived

That is a really happy photo TeeBee, you look great!

SUP boards have been a topic of conversation here the last few days. The sea has been so calm there have been lots of people out on their own or hiring ones off the beach. I'd quite like to get one but I think my core strength and sense of balance might be sadly lacking. And the eye-watering cost is another factor :-0

I have been for a bike ride. I didn't fall off, not too saddle sore. First time on a bike in about 12 years or so.
