Boo for sore throats! GWS Fleecy & Dio.

Glad your Mum’s day went well LD. It does feel weird to say A funeral was nice but that’s how I felt after both my parents’ There is a comfort in it which is why the last few months must have been so horrible for so many

I’m sure there was something else - fish memory, have to check back...

Hope you have a good Sheepy Shuffle LG - I was late hearing the podcast and missed out by a few minutes - but Fenland Flier got the last place so that’s good!

Hi Paula - it may be worth posting on the coaching thread?

If he is interested in the online bootcamp that Linds and I do/did - it is open to men. It's only the f2f sessions that are women only. Karen may also do a 1-2-1 remote session as well.

I ran! It wasn't earth shattering but it was a progressive 10k and I'm quite pleased. It was also odd: my legs wanted to run faster than the rest of my body could cope with which meant I had to stop a few times as I was actually feeling sick and dizzy (not helped by not taking any water - again ...) but when I started running I couldn't slow down. Usually my brain can control what my legs do. Maybe they wanted to prove that all the recent fitness stuff has been working and that they can still run!

And thanks, um and TeeBee, for your suggestions - I'm having a catch up later and will see how they feel about an online bootcamp. It would suit me but I know they're not for everyone.

Well done LG, (but I haven't got a clue what a sheepy shuffle is :-o ). :)

Paula, it might be sensible for him to see someone at the beginning so he does things correctly and doesn't get bad habits that could end with injury.

Good point, AR. It's a shame his local gym is still closed but he does know a couple of people who lift weights and who are very focused on technique and being safe so I'll suggest he speaks to them.

Wow. I’ve just seen McGoohan’s latest jaunt. Can’t wait to hear about it in more detail .
