Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We're off to glamorous Cleethorpes. Plan is to do a little run and then cool off in the sea......

Oh, and I've lost a stone since January :-)

Um thanks for the virtual holiday, after all of that I think I need an holiday :-)

8 miles last night, need to increase it a bit, if London is going ahead, but with Manchester now cancelling, think it is becoming less likely, will only be going up to 12 over the next couple of weeks before they make their next announcement so no great shakes I suppose

bunting for LG, you're really on fire at the moment. :)

Welcome home um, hope the jetlag doesn't last long. :)

Som, you can have my stone if you've lost yours. heart

Phil, I can't see anything going ahead this year, at least you've got your fitness back again now. :)

A shade under 6 miles done. For some reason my HR was really high again during the second half so I had to walk more than I'd hoped to. I thought I was actually going to get back without stopping for a chat with anybody then I bumped into a friend as I took a mini detour to bring my mileage up to the 6. It would have been rude not to stop. :)

Great stuff, LG! :)
Well done, Som :) Have fun in Cleethorpes.
Good mileage, ar.

I'm hoping to get a run/walk done later. The last two days have been a bit chaotic with my grand-daughter being born and being on labrador-sitting duty (first-time grandparents should definitely get graternity leave ;) ) and I've only managed one two-dog walk.

Mild ankle niggles so I might swap out my 15km run today for a 90 min bike ride (if the rain goes off) and do the run tomorrow. But I'm not taking my racer out in this rain. harumph.

Belated bunting Carp. Use the glory to keep you going today (())

Finally ran last night for the first time in 10 days. Too much cycling getting in the way, though really enjoying my bike. Doing Mt Ventoux on the turbo in the virtual Etape de Tour de France on Saturday morning which will be interesting.
