Bike ride done, not sure if I'll manage any more now this year. I saw the mad things all running into the sea.

Rosehip
Managed 7 and a bit very cold hands, rest of me quite warm as it's not really sleeves and jacket weather. Saw at least a dozen other runners, lots more than normal, the new year's resolutions must have kicked in early!

Festive ITG
I ran 10k. The *plan* (otherwise known as procrastination) was to start some speedwork in the New Year. It is fast approaching and I seriously cba-d but I seriously need it. I accept that I will probably never pb again but it would be nice not always to be fighting a pworst.

The Mighty Fleecy
I don’t think I’ll log my swim because it was approximately 2 minutes of splashing about squealing and swearing before my toes felt ready to drop off and I got out

Was that in the sea, Fleecy? - Serious respect! AR and Linds, - lovely happy photo, Linds.
Ran a whisker under 4 miles, into town, around in town, ending where I'd left my car. Then did 2 trips up and down the 53 stairs to Bruv's flat to collect the various bits of kitchen equipment I left behind there yesterday.

Ymee
at anyone sea swimming today! Well done the runners and the walkers and the tidyers and the drinkers
Took the kids up a hill. At the bottom, there was a lab running along the road, no collar. She looked quite exhausted, it's not a busy road but goodness knows how long she'd been dodging cars for. We waited a while, but no-one appeared except the gamekeeper who phone the farmers up the valley, but they hadn't lost a dog. It was getting dimpsy, and we couldn't find anyone looking for a dog, nor had anyone we found seen anyone looking for a dog, so ended up having to bring her home. The advantages of being married to a vet, he scooted into work and picked up their scanner - but she's not micro-chipped! Hoping the power of FB and local word of mouth works
