No running for me today - a) I've got the snuffles and it's been raining all day and b) morer crucially, OH is w**king in ThatLondon tonight so I'm on babysi... erm, parenting duty for thw rest of the day...

Sounds like lots of mile fun Thanks for the snow info Um; maybe I should wander out of the 700 thread on occasion... Ran up relentless hill today, really enjoyed it and didn't feel like I was going to vom once. I must be more hill fit than I thought!!

Fab photo, Dipps. I'd never manage to run with a mince pie. I'd eat it. Have I already complained that I cannot buy mince pies here? It is a tragedy.
I didn't get as far as planned today. It was a trifle hard going. It was still dark when I went out but there were ice chips blowing in my face so I had to wear my sunglasses (I don't have normal glasses).
