You’re like, well dog must be the millennial equivalent of the word dogged. Lunchtime run with my friend. Yoga tonight.

Off for my run and to search for a nice bin, bench or dowg (as they call it up where I'm from) to photograph. I may have to be surreptitious in case someone thinks I'm trying to nick their pooch.

ITG 700 Looking forward to picture, or bench or dog or whatever.
Daisy - hope lunch out with Mum and sis went well.
dog-tired = how you feel after a (well, how I feel after some runs) Vibe cycle class to come this evening.

May run tonight. May not. I've done something to my neck or shoulder so I can't tilt or turn my head to the left without a nasty pain.

Right! a little belated but here is a lovely bin with a view over our frosty football pitch.
Baby was training in the long white building (indoor full size football training pitch).
And here is a wintry looking bench AND bin.
Don't say I'm not good to you.

You spoil us with your bins and benches ITG
Lunch went well thank you Columba, though my sister could learn to be a bit more patient with my mum, she's not deliberately misunderstanding things. I think seeing so much of my mum over the last 18 months has done wonders for my patience. I've learned that getting impatient achieves nothing.

I find it's much easier to be patient with other people's mums than I was with my own.
Great binnage and benchage, ITG!
