Excellent work, both Badger and AR!
I’m stiffening up when I sit down for too long but I really don’t feel like walking around a lot today.

AR, that sounds like a tough race - four times the climb of mine in a third of the distance!

Reading reports from a local race festival today, with mara, half, 10k and kids' fun runs happening.
The winning marathoner was heading towards the finish, pursued by others, just as the fun run was set off along the same bit of road - but in the opposite direction

Carp - the race organisers certainly know how to put the "fun" into a fun run.
for Badger (which ultra was it? It's not on the list) and for AR.
My 3.7 miles seems like a bit of an anti-climax after all that.

Stort 30, Columba. Didn't put it on the list because I was not confident of starting it, never mind finishing it
