Helegant
The priest and the magician = a surfeit of books and shiny things, and two people working from home.

Good morning. The aircon/pump/whatever that switched off at 1am has restarted and my phone has just installed a software update with much turning on and off, so I'm awake a bit early.

I'm imagining going out for a walk/run but think I'd better go back to sleep until the feeling wears off.

Morning - gorgeous morning here again (for now).

Dog walk, bike ride and then cooking grub for mother.

Have a fun Sunday and hope weather is kind to all racers

Morning :)

Hope Helegant had more sleep.

More bunting for Kim's 1000 bunting

Couldn't get Centurion website to work to look for Dave - will try again.
apple apple

Weather is horrid - took the dog out and thought it wasn't too bad, but it's a lot wetter now.
The first train that I could have caught has just come up cancelled :( The second one says "on time" though - and give me plenty of time to stand around in the rain - so hoping it's right.

I really don't want to drive as the roads get closed early and car parking is a pain. Wibble wibble

And the next train is 9 mins late leaving Finsbury park, so probably also about to be cancelled :(

Autumnleaves
Morning - eating porridge, XC training this morning, looks very grey and drizzly out there but I am assuming it's still weirdly warm and have shorts and a vest on.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
