I ran to the shoe shop with ds2 (he walked fast, good thing he’s taller than me now), got him school shoes and then ran home and to the local shops. Another 2.5 miles in the bag and the shoe shop had gazillions of staff serving so we didn’t have to wait. I was going to get ds1 to take ds2 but they were being useless and faffy. I need to buy ds2 trainers too but seeing as I need trainers as well I’ll buy them all online.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
