Fierce and Focused Fleecy
Ran with my friend and her husband, my friend had a GP appointment so her husband and I ran round and round the park till she could join us, I feel a bit dizzy now! 16 miles left and 2 days in August, that feels more achievable now

Footpad
Drizzly run around London chasing the Changing of the Guard. A tour guided run with some history thrown in!

Sounds like fun Footpad! I ran to the shoe shop with ds2 (he walked fast, good thing he’s taller than me now), got him school shoes and then ran home and to the local shops. Another 2.5 miles in the bag and the shoe shop had gazillions of staff serving so we didn’t have to wait. I was going to get ds1 to take ds2 but they were being useless and faffy. I need to buy ds2 trainers too but seeing as I need trainers as well I’ll buy them all online.

Just over 4 miles done. It's warmer than it looks out there.
I got Billy's trainers online. The shoe shop wasn't so terrible this time around.

Went out with the very slow four mile group this evening. Very pleasant to run and chat with friends I haven't seen for a while.
98.1 miles for the month so far...tomorrow's club run will break my 100

Can’t be bothered AR - it was pleasant enough and probably technically counted as a sports massage. it gave me a base to work on tonight I’ve spent about an hour teasing out knots. The search continues Thanks for asking though! Well done LD

You should come and see my chap, he'd get the knots out for you.
