I’m currently having a rest day as my ankle was sore after the balancing drills at track. But I might change my mind later :-) trouble is I have 18 miles on plan for weekend and my highest mileage plan next week and I am endeavouring to prep properly for this marathon *and* not break myself

Afternoon, was meant to get up early and do a run but my bed glued me to the sheets so I will do one later. I have agreed 10 miles tomorrow with a friend so hopefully that will give me a boost.

dipps, perhaps it's a bit of DOMS of the ankle if you're not used to that kind of thing. Maybe you should start flamingo-ing when you clean your teeth at night.

PT session this morning and a 7.5 mile walk leaves me on the sofa now until bedtime. ;-)

Ha yes I do endeavour to flamingo AR during teeth cleaning and do heel raises on occasion but they’re still weak I am no #badassbint

Well... interview went amazingly well... I got through to the final 2... but did not get the job. Feedback from the interview was very positive.

2 more left in the bag... 1 next week and 1 the week after... i should get 1 out of 5.. right?

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
