We did have a wander, but tbh it was too hot in the domes. It was great to get free entry though and not too busy at that time of day. Very friendly parkrun .. like they all are I guess.

Well done ITG. Nice parkrunning, parkrunners.
Good to have the returners from the injury bench and others still on the bench trying to be sensible.
I was back-up timer at parkrun this morning and got out for a steamy bike ride this afternoon, being careful to walk up some of the hills. There was quite a strong headwind at times though.

Official time 51.03.
15/65 runners 3/35 women 2/9 women age 40-49. Beaten by the pony tail nemesis.
Really chuffed with that after my year. Must not get carried away or try to run further just yet. But a sub25 5k is doable: I ran the first 5k today faster.
