The conference is Sunday to Tuesday (19-21) so maybe you will be back, Ymee!
The day got massively worse - I went to dr to get some painkillers for the flights (as I have to sit) and after a good long talk was advised that crossfit is probably not a good idea. The parts I thought were ok are probably not. He said even if I feel ok at the time, any kind of impact (e.g. from a jump, skipping or just a push press) is putting strain.
That leaves me with swimming up and down and walking in the shitty Fall weather.

((ITG)) oh no
MrS says I have made a basic error in my choice of waterproof gloves. I was worried about getting hot handed and not being able to strip away my muddy layers at the end. I didn't know it was burglar bill I was going to proffer Heidi 🐐 but that's easier:-)

Oh dear ITG I hope Dr had some useful suggestions for treatment as well as their "don't do" advice.
lol - waterproof gloves with missing bits does seem a little odd Seren
I don't think there's any proof that cramp and salt are linked - but some people do seem to swear by it -- tbf, I think the link with the driving is stronger. Hope you don't suffer the same again this yr RRR
forgot what else I was going to say, OH has football on the TV - it's too loud and I'm hoping a little glass of something red will drown it out.....

ITG, have you got that book yet? It may help, perhaps you could pick it up while in Edinburgh.
