Helen is a friend of mine. She is on Fetch but doesnt post on here. She is very short so am worried about her drowning in the water..... I will bring my waterproof camera along with me - hmmmm actually not sure that would be a good idea - Mr Moo would moan a lot if I lost it in the mud,.

Morning Good news about Linds on the comeback trail, I hope the bone ache vanishes soon. No running while I was away so need to get back on it today. |

Huzzah mystery solved - I think I'll persuade mrS and Sjnr to take photos unless the weather is so filthy they refuse to show but am still hoping Dio, PP etc may make celebrity appearances to point and laugh Oh Linds have you tried ankle strapping? Just keep it really slow and level would be my advice my calves are still not right but will see me up butser and through a marathon I hope it's the same for you 😘 (LG) too |

Oh excellent, well done Helen! It's always good to have a random newbie at these things, last year it was the lovely Funky Plates And I'm sure she can't be shorter than Fidgety Midget. Though Fidgety Midget might not swim the main bog, it's not compulsory |

Pantsypants day here. Tri-baby got up during the night with a tummy-ache so I put the handy bucket next to his bed. A few hours later, it was all out By then it was after 6am but I was too tired to get up and too tired to get back to sleep, till about 5 minutes before the alarm went off. I had to get up to go to physio at 8.30. Then at 8.00, the physio office phones to say she is home as her son has a tummy-ache. Sigh. I MUST finish preparing a presentation today or I'll be working all weekend. Back is still crappy as soon as I sit down so I'm a bit worried about planned travels (on tiny planes you cannot stand up on) but I might try to wangle some more voltaren rapid before I go. On the bright side, tri-baby is sleeping it all off now and tends to bounce back fairly quickly. (In other words, he'll be bouncing around by lunchtime while I will be groggy for days...) |

on good news... anyone in Edinburgh? I'm coming over for a conference 19-21 November. I'm staying with friends between Ratho and Linlithgow but I'd be up for coffee , lunch or an early tea (or cocktails) through the day if possible.
