12 miles this morning for me, I came across so many other runners in pairs or groups all clearly enjoying their run and chat, it was great

Great muddy HDS pic
I did just under 5 miles on the hills with a friend and then had lunch in a coffee shop. Lovely first half of the day, now to get clean and start the second half

I struggle to understand the success of events called "hell" anything - and yet success they have. What is wrong with you lot?
Put in a sunny half before breakfast along the riviera. Lovely but would be lovelier without lots of deaf old people and dogs blocking the pavement. I bet you don't get those in your events-of-hell.

Hi all. Loving the pics.
Hope the HDS'ers are warming up.
Still really cold here and we had snow. No running today as still got this chesty thing and after yesterday's treadmill thought it best to be patient.

12 miles V that's fab - where did you go (roughly) ?
I managed 3 today, aiming for 5 tomorrow. Watching escape to the country in the peak district. Have persuaded husband we should spend a week there in the summer
