Happy birthday Lemon!
Go, Reggie and MM (love the quiff)
How are you feeling now, Kim?
Today's Plankathon done. Also went for a shortish fastish walk, to see if it bothered my poorly achilles. It didn't. Shan't attempt running until I've seen the physio, though.

:-) the Reggi photo, awesome hairstyle & expression.

Hope you're recovered Kim, fainting is horrible :-( no wonder the staff were worried.
Plankathoned, easy day today, I might manage the whole 2 weeks as it's only a few minutes.
Ion,managed a circuitous tour of shops for odd necessities, 13 miles on a progressively loaded bike, including baking trays & plants. Home just as the rain/wind started.

Hope Bint & Paula have found one another

Thanks folks. Think I scared the woman who found me as apparently went down with quite a thud & eyes were rolling. Fainting isn't pretty. I've got previous form for fainting. Managed to end up getting my head glued once after cracking head off wall on way down so quite fortunate this time. Feeling fine now. Just had bit of a headache but have done very little most of the day.

Not surprised i was just wondering if we needed to turn the injury bench into a padded area - is it linked to low iron or blood pressure? Take care lady x

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
