I go out for the day and come back and you've totally confuzzled me! I was thinking 'but RRR's daughter is about 15, how can she be engaged?' when I realised there are 2 dds, congrats to her RRR!
Deck, it's a deck ITG. Mr fleecy would do exactly the same thing, he's a fuckwit who should only be let loose on cooking. That's why I pay someone else to do this stuff nowadays. Though luckily no hot tub to maintain

Very slow junior parkrun today with two girls reluctant to say the least. Temptation to shout out "it's for your own bloody good that's why" was almost overwelming but managed to restrain myself and they did at least finish. And were happy at the end.
Betting advice for the coming week: I've got the JP Morgan challenge on Wed. Should be good for a PB there, although as anyone who's run it knows how congested in can get. I *may* have *slightly* exaggerated my predicted time in an attempt to get a better start position but given my parkrun times recently I should go faster than last year. Next Sunday I've got the Virgin British 10k. I should be good for a few more seconds off my recent PB but again, congestion could put pay to that.
