If ChunkyWizard's OH were to take a picture of me, I wonder if she could capture me with both feet so clearly off the ground. The shadows emphasise it. Lovely picture from MM, too. Hadn't realised France looked so clear from the Dover area. Many happy returns of tomorrow, Claire, in case I don't get onto the website until late in the day. Awful weather here today. I've been out on the patio about four times to stand up the Christmas-tree-in-a-pot, which kept blowing over. On Tuesday evening there's a choice between the running club and the spin class. I opted for the spin class.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
