hello had an early start and spending the day at Cambridge Uni for a chemistry comp day with some yr 7s. they're having more fun than we are, but at least now I've found some wifi
LD - hope that you feel better soon - wouldn't challenge my energy levels with a run this evening though - even if you do feel better
MM - yay for exchanging and the other good stuff
Phew Carp, that's lucky - reckon I've had 50/50 success rate with rice.

I never had any success with rice and iphones - they really don't like water.....
Mind you I have no success with rice at all - especially when cooking it - always goes gloopy

Afternoon all! Lovely to hear all that wonderful news from MM!
I made it to Bristol and have bought 3 beds plus mattresses but I got thoroughly muddled by all the various degrees of softness/firmness/support etc so I just hope I've chosen well. Still getting stomach cramps so no track session for me tonight :-(.
No idea what the cause was but I hope it clears up quickly.

Great news MM. Such a relief when you have exchanged.
Finished today's training early so took the long route home on the bike. Oh dear, my cycling legs seem to have disappeared completely. In fairness I was over-dressed as it was icy cold this morning, and I was carrying 20-25lbs on my back too, but even so. Much more training required before real hills are attempted later in the year.
