Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning 🙂

Well done Glenn

Hit snooze on my alarm this morning which means I need to fit my run in later. I'm just not good in the mornings.

Was meant to do track session last night and it wasn't the hacking down rain that stopped me! Some how, Some where I have picked up quite a bruise on my left hip which is a little lumpy as well. I left work a little late yesterday which meant I had to run to catch the bus and it didn't feel quite right so I will rest it now until the weekend and hopefully the lumpyness will go down and all will be good again

I didn't get up early enough to run this morning, went to bed too late. I will go this afternoon though, might have woken up by then...Actually, might take my kit and do a run on the way home, there are roadworks on the main road so I need to take the scenic route anyway :)

I've done some exercise every day for 5 days - I think I'll have a rest today*

*unless it's nice later and I don't get out of work late and I can actually go get some fetchpoint bugs for the first time in about 2 months!

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
