Sorry no HDS here either this year. Have got too many other whole day/weekend away commitments. One more would lead to divorce, although that would certainly free up plenty of other times ;-)
Probably back in 2018.

LD going back a couple of pages - I believe the medics just use superglue. Nothing fancier than that. I've self-administered it on cuts before now. Works very well on anything with a straight-edged laceration.

Hope you are recovering MM. Interesting .B. it doesn't appear to be that uncommon. I've decided I need to do it, but have to work it round Beachy!

Morning. The sky is looking amazing right at this very moment as the sun is just starting to rise and the light varies between the layers of clouds. On my run this morning I saw a shape moving on the pavement up ahead. At first I thought it was a big rat but as I got near, it became a hedgehog. It just sitting there staring right at me until I ran past then it sauntered into the hedgerow. I love nature!

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
