And me. An enclosed car is one thing, but a chair with all that visible space below one's dangling feet doesn't bear thinking of.
Grey, humid and very warm here. Been gardening.

Aw thank you Columba and Corrah, I wasn't fishing for compliments...its just sometimes when ex's move on to new people the old ones get forgotten about by the whole family but mine have mostly styed in touch.
I think thats why I wouldn't like spin or on a road bike it looks too painful for my back . Its too bloomin hot to even think about a run just now

LG, it just takes a little getting used to like everything else. My road bike is nice and comfy, but that is after I've broken in the seat and while wearing a nice padded pair of shorts. My MTB fails on both counts! (Oh and chamois cream helps too )

I went through the 700 barrier today. After Sunday's run I was only 0.83 miles short of the target. That did not give me much choice, route wise, to run at lunch time and give y'all a decent photo. So you haven't got a picturesque countryside shot or an interesting artefact. What you have got is the Weetabix factory in Corby:

Well done sera on your 700 I used to work in telecommunications, ladders against walls were ok but telegraph poles used to scare the wotsit out of me because there would be nothing visible in front of you.
