Can someone post my photo please? I've just put it in the gallery. Internet still being a cocker spaniel. Can't copy the photo using this phone!! I shall go and shower then Nipping over the road for a burger, use of internet and car cuddles. Cat. Not car. Silly phone.

Managed a run walk yetserday, and then a 4 mile run tonight. Blooming warm out there and oh so slow. Have read all the comments, and there were a lot, forgot most of it but someone (Serene?) said they were in Camber Sands - not the best of places when its windy.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
