Well done AL & TB.
I had a crappy run, but it was a few hours after my girl's night out with workmates. I had ribs, chicken, a pint and a pudding. It was never going to be a pleasant run.
Club run tomorrow for a rare treat, as the small dudette is away with her granddad.

Top running AL and TeeBee
McG - it's actually 102.9 miles so I think the note over there >>>>> is either PP taking the mick because I keep mentioning that it's more than a 100 or PP warning prospective PB gamblers that it is further than SDW100.
