Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Splendid stuff pint *medal

After a roaring start I rather fell off last year. I'd a bit where I didn't update some I had, then wasn't quite sure, and just never got back to it. Perfection being the enemy of good.

I've started the New Year with some new beers, but am currently lacking a bit of enthusiasm.

I am raring to go :-), in fact two new pubs already, plus a couple of very nice stouts, and a NQ pub crawl lined up for the last week of January. A Wet January :-).

One very nice new pub in an unexpected spot. Westfield shopping centre Stratford. En route to the London Stadium we stumbled upon Tap East and had three lovely beers there. But they are for 2024 list
To complete 2023
121 Twitchell a bitter from Buntingford brewery
122 Rocking Rudolph a ruby ale from Hardy Hanson

123 Oscar Wilde a lovely mild from Mighty Oak. I do like this beer

Most impressive. I've failed at the first hurdle as I have already forgotten to log any beers or pubs visited since Jan. 1. Having said that - I think I have only visited one pub this year anyway. Will assume it's just the one and log the beers as far as I recall from the weekend!

About This Thread

Maintained by Ocelot Spleens
and here we are in 2025....

I still really like a pint.

I think this is not too controversial health wise, besides it's quality I prefer not volume.

Lots of beers about these days. I interpret it as different beers within 2025, and you can, if you like; avoid beers you have had before, but as ever the list is yours to do what you like.

Also interesting to see how variable local areas are!
