Oh no, typical. On Monday, my wife & I went up to Cambridge to stay with our daughter for a couple of days. We travelled back to Hove today.

Ive just noticed that Nils Lofgren played at the Cambridge Corn Exchange last night. Bloody hell, I haven't seen him play live for donkeys years. I'd loved to have gone to that.

I was going to say, "Oh well, there's always next time." Trouble is, will he or I still be residents of planet earth.

I went to see Man in Derby in the late 90’s. The first number lasted over 20 minutes . . . I’ve no idea if they even played a second because I’d fallen asleep 💤

(Camel were the first gig I ever attended. Glasgow Apollo, for £2.75. Concert prices have gone insane.)
