It seems to me that that would be a useful distance to cover as part of a training programme, but I haven't been able to find anything of that kind of length. Is it just not done?

There always seem to be a good few to choose from in the build up to a spring marathon (I guess the popularity of London M helps that), but less so as prep for an autumn one.
