Missed a few months at my running club through injury but could finally return tomorrow night unfortunately tomorrow is also the only day I have available for a lsr . So lsr or club intervals tomorrow?
I have a spring marathon planned so do need the miles.

Dave did you just ask if you should do a lsr or intervals for your first run back? If you did I would advise neither and do a 5 mile recovery run in zone 1 with the brakes on

It's good advise huntsman, but for once I've been well behaved and have been building back up with the brakes well and truly on. Started with run / walking 1 mile and am up to either run / walking 16 miles or running constantly 7 miles now at a point where I feel I can add in a little quality. Eager to get back to the club but another week off won't hurt either
