11 today brings me to 334. Still very windy and very muddy. Slipping and sliding all over the place!

Easy 4 miles done today...just a bit of a breeze, unlike yesterday.

First couple of runs outside since hurting my foot. Yesterday was fine - 5k with a friend, today my foot was agony after about 10miles - but I still had 3.5 to go before I could stop. As I'd planned to do 18 today I had to do the rest on the treadmill.

A good start Mrsb...easy does it though and hopefully the foot will continue its recovery.

The treadmill has been great - hitting the 'ground' reliably flatly has meant no pain (and a bit of bounce too).

Morning all, I hope everyone is well.
I didn't go for a run yesterday. Instead, my wife & I went for a walk up onto the Downs. I was going to say a nice walk, but the wind was still blowing strongly & when we got to the top of Highdown Hill, we had to lean into the wind to stay upright. Still, the views were nice.
Just over 11 miles run this morning along the coast to Worthing Pier & back. The wind had picked up again just after the turn for home, so there was another struggle, though this time along the seafront & not up on the Downs.
