Lovely running. I finished for the month yesterday but the weather is so lovely I wish Iād waited til today for a last run of the month.

15miles in the sun for me - lovely out and i ran a route i have done many times but i went the opposite direction - it felt wrong at first but then i got into it and it was ok!

Iām tempted but the smell of the Sunday roast being cooked is distracting me! š Also the slight DOMS after running 44 miles this week is putting me off somewhat.š

Yeah, you deserve a rest. I'm still broken after last weekend's tumble, so I'll go for a smallish run to the garden centre for a pot to put my new aloe plant into. I need to stop buying plants from Lidl!! 4 gerberas last weekend, one aloe this morning...

Ran a few miles with a friend then ran home. Watched an episode of 'Line of Duty' (series 2) while running on the treadmill, did a few chores and then realised I only had 8 more to do for a marathon distance, so watched another episode

Ooh I'm top of February leaderboard š¤£ possibly not on target for 1500 though I've done so little running last few weeks. Today made up for it though.
