Nice running around memory lane JK! Definitely not a birthday to forget...my birthday slipped in just before lockdown kicked in, though we don't do anything special for them anyways! My last yoga class in the office was on 16 March, and our office started everybody working from home on 17 March, the week before everywhere else seems to have done.

6 soggy miles this afternoon. It was quite refreshing to run in the rain again!

Did 1 soggy mile yesterday, with a slightly cranky ankle. My hands were too cold as I went running near 7pm and it was quite a bit cooler than recent days.

First run of the day logged, unfortunately not mine. Loaned my watch to OH as he wanted to know what sort of pace he was doing at the moment, told him not to save the run afterwards. Instead he stood chatting to a neighbour (distance observed) and it autosaved! So I will delete from my training log.....

Easy 1 mile yesterday, easy 2 miles today. Crankle is happier than it has been in a week. I'm NOT going to overdo the running this weekend like I did last weekend!

I'm off in a bit, giving the watch a bit of a charge first. Housework has tired me out!

Hello, 1500ers! Good to see we're still getting out and about, even if our watches are doing it without us.

Another pretend parkrun done this morning, 19 seconds faster than last week, despite having to dodge a lot of dogs and their dopey walkers. Smugly proud about that. I might slowly be getting used to Bradford's hills.

Just on top of the mileage target at the end of April :) I hope to be dancing on the line singing I'm Still Standing by the end of May.
