Toks Sep 2020 8:58pm, 11 Sep 2020 33,820 posts	0 Toks My pace has been improving in the last two weeks of running as 5km and 10km are under 35 mins and 70 mins respectively and today i rode the bike 21.44 miles longest ever in 2hrs and 24 mins So consistent training is getting back and seems mojo is back for sure 😊😊😊
