Well done for getting out despite the rain, Richard-M, think we're definitely into autumn/winter mode now. 5 miles run this morning, before the rain arrived. Relieved that although foot not 100%, it's not too bad. Will continue with the heel raises, calf stretches and spiky ball-rolling and am hopeful it will be OK for the Yorkshire next Sunday.
