Club monthly 5k - I'm organising so got my run in early  so 8 miles done - 3x10 min intervals - enjoyed the hard work but should be able to do faster - tried some new routes and found the terrain tricky even though it was flat. westmoors - that looks like a rather challenging profile - good running

Just finished 5.20 miler in 1.07 belated bday run, yesterday was my birthday but too exhausted catching up with sleep as I did a late shift into yesterday morning, been doing two weeks of night now and I feel like a zombie 🧟♀️ Mainly hill running today and I need that for snowdonia next week gulp!!! It is closer now 😨😨😨😨 |

Happy Birthday for yesterday, Toks, sorry you were too tired to enjoy it. Nice little 10k recovery run/leg loosener this morning. First 4 miles were OK-ish, but then my legs got a bit reluctant so the last couple of miles were hard work. At least it wasn't raining! |
