funky monkey is ace - he desperately needs to visit Merseyside - I should make an effort next year to *collect him* / adopt him

not enjoying this warm weather.

ran 10k this morning - 0.05 seconds over managing 10 minute miles :-)

1500 th mile completed at Stevenage parkrun. This is me with my littlest son. I was second placed lady. And waiting to see if it was a pb for me on that course
