ran a slow 10k this morning - 1st two miles felt very weird.
after a mile took of my running gloves - far too warm
too warm for my base layer - but it keeps the fat in
placed my running gloves down the front of my running tights
it was too warm for running tights
after a while thought * that looks wrong / impressive*
At Seacombe a fox sat there watching me plod slowly past and seemed to ask *what on earth are you doing?*
*I have no idea I replied*
