cycled 20 miles, out along the coastal path Hoylake and bake along the roads to Home - cold, with some ice, beautiful golden sun rising. Bit breezy cycling back along the river.

Ooh, nearly at end of month round up time. Ian S, will it be Owls again?! 
I may make 175. This is better than many months of this year. And I may make 1750 for the year. There's a certain symmetry there that pleases me, despite it being hundreds of miles down on the annual total for most of the last few years.
Isn't the weather lovely for running at the mo. Cold, but clear, still and bright. G

Mornin' All! Beautiful sunny day here in the East Mids, though very chilly and frosty. 6.5 miles done, blinded by the sun for most of it, and had to stop quite often for lots of traffic.
Can't quite believe we're so far through this year, only just got used to calling it 2016.

I have never bought shoes from Brantano either even though we get extra discount as NHS employee.
I concur with Jabberknit, it is indeed beautiful today.

Our bedroom's like that, DocM, it's a reasonable size but an awkward shape, so there's only one way you can fit furniture in.
