Wow, Neilio and Moley crossing the line and you seem to run in some lovely places.
No run today for me today bit of a lazy day with family.
Back to work tomorrow. Two shirts ironed and shoes polished and super shiny.

Thanks all.
The picture is on a Roman Road near home. I run along it often. It's nice to know people have been proceeding on foot along there for the last 2000 odd years.
Working from home this week, so none of this ironing and polishing malarkey for me.

Going to fall short this year. I could blame the busy-ness of life and trying to moving house 4 days before Christmas, but that would only be a part of the picture. The truth is that I fell out of love with my running. It became a burden and a chore and it was easier to stay in and work than go out and run.
But we've now moved, and I've already had 5 fantastic runs in the Cambridgeshire countryside. It might be wet, and cold, and windy and muddy but it is great to be back running again. Time to go and locate the 1500 in 2014 thread...
