3M Sep 2024 12:58pm, 11 Sep 2024 24,733 posts	0 3M 48/100 after this morning. It was almost chilly when I set off - long sleeves, and my fingers were cold when I got home later. It's a lovely Autumn day, I just need to re-acclimatise. I'm now planning ahead for the rest of the month. I think I've worked out to get to 100 I need to cover no more than 12 miles whilst on holiday...barring the unforeseeable, so maybe I need to find a way to tack a few more miles on beforehand. Or something. (I don't want to have to run too many days whilst I'm away!)

Went to do a double run at lunch but boss needed a call so I only had a short window. Anyway 4.5 total now at 26/100
