34/100 A pleasant lap of the block.

Got a dose of verbal when volunteering this morning 🙄. I’m going to offer a hug next time as a strategy.

Well done, all.

Shame it was such a soggy run, Pix. I chose a local trail that's sheltered by a lot of trees. It's muddy in places because of the rain but it made for quite a fun recovery run. Looks like the rain is set in for the whole week if the current forecast is correct!

I listened to the rain on and off whenever I sort of came to, pretty much all night. So it was a surprisingly dry 5 miles this morning, which gets me to 36, comfortably ahead for now.
It was only dry from the ankles up and the neck down though, since there are puddles and low overhanging greenery! Despite my attempts to plot a route which largely avoids either. Still, I didn't actually get muddy.

He’s troubled the scorers.

Walk a minute, run a minute, bar the last two where I ran two minutes.

A red squirrel shot across the path about three feet in front on me ❤️

3.1/100

My 100 mile a month adventures end this month.

Ally C I love red squirrels! I have seen them on IOW but nowhere else you are so lucky.
Your build begins.

55/100 After MLR this morning .delayed from yesterday as felt too fatigued after a bad night sleep.
