Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Two weeks rest from running is nothing compared to the rest of your running career, Ness. Are you allowed to cycle, swim, etc?

You’re right, David.

Swimming is probably a no with the stitches still in but didn’t ask to be honest. Cycling is something that I shall try in a day or two but not outdoors. I’ve bought a turbo trainer. Will just have to go gentle so I don’t split the stitches open.

85 after parkrun. Not sure where I will end up as I have xc training tomorrow morning, but might do an extra run in the afternoon - would like to exceed last month's 91 if possible!

82/100 - Still struggling a little bit, it's one of those where I'm not sure whether to rest or get on with it, so just being cautious.

Did parkrun this morning & all fine. Supposed to be doing a 17 mile trail run tomorrow but I'll skip it and see what happens at Chester marathon next week.

Good to see you've had the foot seen to Ness.

Good running all and good news about feet, Ness and Phidip.

I added a very hot, hilly and slow 3 miles this morning. But it won't show up until i get home, next month!
