My step mum gave me a persimmon a while back. I have to say I preferred the chocolate cake she gave me at the same time!!
If I am struggling to get to 100 F+V I will have to have another go at eating one...

I'm not doing too badly, considering I'm on a tiny food budget while paying off a debt.

I would normally eat more fruit but have to resist to stay within budget.
I'm going to be patient and remember to eat seasonally. Last night's corn cobs were frozen ones from my dad's allotment.
